When a client contacts Men At Work one of our consultants will be available to develop sound business relationships. Initial communications will ensure all parties’ needs are addressed. They will ascertain the client’s recruitment requirements including:

  • Staff required
  • Best method to engage these staff
  • The clients cultural needs
  • The process involved in creating a sound solution

Men at Work require minimal steps of due diligence to establish business relations. Our consultant will provide the client with:

  • A written quote
  • Our Trading Terms and Conditions
  • Credit Application

Prior to placement of staff our qualified OH&S Coordinator will conduct an inspection of the client’s work place including the business’ OH&S and Quality Systems. Once our staff are working they will be paid weekly. The client’s key staff will sign off on a timesheet weekly from which your invoices will be drawn, allowing for a transparent billing process.
